Margaret A. Neitzel

Margaret A. Neitzel, age 88, of Ashippun, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014 at Three Pillars Skilled Nursing in Dousman surrounded by her family. Margaret was born February 11, 1926 in the Town of Erin to William F. Sturm and Anna (nee Schultz) Sturm. She was united in marriage to Elroy A. Neitzel on August 22, 1948 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Neosho. Along with her husband, Margaret owned and operated Neitzel’s Grocery in Ashippun, WI. She enjoyed sewing, refinishing and reupholstering antique furniture. Margaret is survived by her children; Gary Neitzel of Roscoe, IL, Tom Neitzel of Milwaukee, Karen Neitzel of Waukesha and John Neitzel of Lebanon, grandchildren; Emily (Patrick) McIntyre of Loves Park, IL, Aaron Neitzel, Lauren Neitzel, Nicholas (Ariel) Dexter, Alexandra Neitzel, Hanz Neitzel and great-grandchild Savannah Neitzel. She is also survived by her brother Robert Sturm of Yucca Valley, CA along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband Elroy, 6 brothers, 2 sisters and other family members. Services for Marge will be on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM with a visitation starting at 10:00 AM all to take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery in Lebanon, WI.
