Mary Ann was born April 14, 1933 in Hatley, Wisconsin to John and Clara Jachowicz. She retired from the Boys and Girls Club as an accountant, being known for her sense of humor and her lively office spirit. Mary Ann was an avid golfer and an active member at her local quilt guild. Other hobbies included playing Mahjong with her neighbors, traveling with her friends, cooking and baking (specifically being known for her Jell-O creations), crafting, and spending time with her family. Mary Ann was known for her contagious laugh, her radiant smile, and her constant positive outlook on life. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Jay (Babette) Jachowicz, Jill (the late Ian) Mc Alpine, and Mike (Barb) Jachowicz; great-nieces and great-nephews, Calli (Nick) Prindle, Zach (Liz) Jachowicz, and Seth (Abby) Jachowicz. She was proceeded in death by her special friend and love Gerald Van Hulst, her brother Carl Jachowicz, and her sister-in-law Barbara Jachowicz. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at St. Roman Parish (1710 W Bolivar Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53221), with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A lunch to follow at Carl’s Catering in Greenfield from 12:30-3:30 p.m. The family has requested that donations be made to a charity of choice in Mary Ann’s honor in lieu of flowers. The family would also like to make special note and thank the caregivers and friends from Crossroads Care Center and Wilkinson Woods Senior Community. Your expertise, knowledge, and friendship never went unnoticed.
