Mary Ann Forney

Mary Ann Forney (nee Rosa), 70, of Oconomowoc, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 25, 2013. Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband, Robert of 47 years, son Robert (Tammy) Forney and daughter Ann Marie Forney. She was a cherished grandma to six grandchildren. Mary Ann is also survived by brothers Peter (Linda) Rosa, John (Judy) Rosa and sister Barbara (Gene) Ravenelli along with many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Peter and Elenore Rosa (nee Zielinski). Visitation for family and friends will take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home in Oconomowoc on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 PM. A funeral mass for Mary Ann will take place at St. Mary's Help of Christians Catholic Church in Sullivan, on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 10:00 AM with a short visitation from 9:00-10:00 AM. Burial will immediately follow the mass.
