Meg Lambrecht

Meg Lambrecht, age 76, of Brookfield, WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, October 05, 2017. Meg is survived by her children Linda (the late George) Schober, Kathy (Kurt) Kellogg, Jill (Bob) Hudson, Mark (Amy) Lambrecht; her grandchildren Clare, George and Lili Schober, Elly (Dan) Schmidt, Spencer, Maggie, Bridget and Mary Kellogg, Brutus Hudson and Cooper Lambrecht and her sister Karen (Bob) Wenzel. Meg is preceded in death by her sister Kathy (Ray) Drott. Meg was an inspiring woman whose primary passion was watching her children and grandchildren grow. Her happiest moments were spent driving: whether driving a long ball across a golf course or driving around her favorite neighborhoods in her lucky red car. She was most content on the lake, and we will always think of her when near calm northern waters. She lived ferociously, determined to absorb and experience every second of the world around her. Meg’s never ending love and positivity will be dearly missed. Services for Meg will be held at St. Jerome Catholic Church (1001 S Silver Lake St, Oconomowoc) on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10:15 am with eulogies starting at 10 am. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9 am until 10 am. Meg will be buried at St. Jerome Catholic Cemetery in the future. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at AngelsGrace Hospice for their loving care shown to mom.
