Nicole Marie Zimmer

It is with profound sadness that we share the news of our beloved Nicole Marie Zimmer, who passed away on Sunday, June 23rd. Nicole left this world peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family.

Nicole was a gifted musician whose clarinet skills once earned her first chair at Carnegie Hall with a youth orchestra. A graduate of the University of Oshkosh with a degree in music business and clarinet performance, Nicole's passion for music was matched only by her love for arts and crafts. Many knew her as the lead instructor at Board and Brush, where she shared her creativity and joy with others.

Nicole faced health challenges with courage, but ultimately succumbed to complications from a heart attack and multiple strokes. She was removed from life support on Saturday, June 22nd, allowing family to gather and say their goodbyes throughout the weekend.

We find comfort in knowing that Nicole's final moments were spent in the loving presence of our mother. Her vibrant spirit, talent, and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Nicole is survived by her Mother Kay, Brothers; Mark, Keith & Dale, Sisters; Jill (Joe) Kowalczyk, Heidi (Tony) Johnson & Lynn; a niece & nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her Father Lawrence and Brother Bryan.

A visitation to honor Nicole's memory will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at St. Bruno Church (226 W Ottawa Ave, Dousman, WI 53118) from 10-11 am, followed by a service in remembrance of her life. Nicole will be laid to rest beside her father at St. Andrew Cemetery.
