Randy A. Pesicek, age 70, of Oconomowoc, WI passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017. Randy is survived by his loving wife Joan of 49 years; his adoring children Amy Bruno, John (Jennifer) Pesicek and Margaret (Mike) Wolter; his beloved grandchildren Benjamin, Nathan and Isabella Bruno, Elias and Grace Pesicek, Mason and Monte Wolter; his siblings Michael (Diane) Pesicek, Kim (Cathleen) Pesicek, Bonnie (Bob) Mahnke, Pat (Richard) Dufek, Penny (Mark) Mireau and Joel (Cecilia) Spicuzza-Pesicek; former son-in-law David Bruno; his sister-in-law Darlene Pesicek and many more family and friends. Randy is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Fern and his brother Gary. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10am until 1pm at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church (145 E. Lisbon Rd., Oconomowoc) on Saturday, September 23 with the services following at 1pm. Randy was a deeply rooted soul in the Oconomowoc community that he adored. His early childhood was spent living in a home right next door to his current adulthood home where he raised his family on Okauchee Lake. He greatly enjoyed lake living. Randy’s days were especially brightened by visits with his children, grandchildren, his close circle of friends, his siblings and his wife’s siblings. Randy and his beloved wife Joan prioritized their children above all else. In their leisure time together Randy and Joan enjoyed exploring National Parks and biking Wisconsin State trails. After graduating from Oconomowoc High School, Randy developed an accomplished career as a journey man plumber of over 35 years. He worked admirably hard to provide for his family. Randy was also a dedicated volunteer fireman of over 20 years on the Okauchee Fire Department. Randy found solace at his cabin in the northern woods of Wisconsin. He took great pride in creating a welcoming environment there for his family and friends. Among his hobbies, Randy found peace in chopping and stacking firewood. He also appreciated observing wildlife. He looked forward to the October preparations and his annual deer hunt in November. Randy will be dearly missed. He will be remembered as a generous soul and a playful spirit full of laughter and love. In God’s loving hands, he will rest in peace.
