Richard Kieth Thibodeau

Fr Richard Thibodeau, C.Ss.R., Director of the Redemptorist Retreat Center in Oconomowoc, was born into eternal life on Sunday, January 16, 2022. At the time of his death, he was 72 years old.

He served the Church as a member of Redemptorists for more than 45 years. Before accepting his duties at the Retreat Center, he dedicated himself to ministries such as seminary formation, President of Liguori Publications, the Leadership team of the Redemptorists/Denver Province, and pastor of parishes in Chicago and New Orleans. He gave numerous retreats in the United States as well as internationally. He was a native of Milwaukee.

His life will be celebrated during a Memorial Mass on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the Redemptorist Retreat Center. Visitation will take place 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm and the Mass will begin at 6:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered to the Redemptorist Retreat Center in honor of Fr Richard Thibodeau, C.Ss.R.
