Richard Paul Budnik

Richard Paul Budnik, age 84, passed away peacefully at home with his wife, Pat by his side on May 12, 2022. Dick was born on January 18, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI to Conrad and Gertrude (nee Paepke). Dick is survived by the love of his life of 60 years, Pat; sister, Karen; along with special neighbors and friends. Dick was a longtime employee of the City of Milwaukee for over 38 years. He enjoyed the wildlife and nature that surrounded his home. Forever grateful for the care and love given to Dick by everyone at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic in Summit. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Redemptorist Retreat Center or to St. Clements Health Care Center in Dick’s name are appreciated. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 18 at the Redemptorist Retreat Center (1800 N. Timber Trail Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 5:00pm-6:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow with Fr. Ted Lawson, C.Ss.R presiding. Dick will be laid to rest in a private service at Summit Cemetery.
