Richard Wolter

Richard A. Wolter of Oconomowoc, Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. Richard is survived by his loving wife Joan and his children Cindy (Jim) Griggs, Laurie Hill, Rick (Anne-Marie) Wolter, Kelly Cuevas and Robyn Will along with 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He his further survived by his sister Helen Knobel and brother Reinhard (Carrole) Wolter and a sister-in-law Betty Jean Wolter along with many other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his parents Reinhard and Henritta, his brother William Wolter and his sister Elizebeth Schumacher. Funeral services for Richard will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. with a visitation starting at 12:00 P.M. all to be held at St. Matthew’s Lutheran church in Oconomowoc. A burial will follow at the Gardens of Stone Bank with Military honors. Richard proudly served in the Army and was a member of the Stone Bank Fire Department. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or To St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church.
