Robert F. Grabarz

Robert F. Grabarz, age 83, from Oconomowoc, WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, February 06, 2017. Robert is survived by his children Raymond (Cyndy) Grabarz, Timothy (Ann) Grabarz, Richard Grabarz and Jennifer Carlson; his Grandchildren Daniel (Christine) Grabarz, Sarah (Jeff) Hanson, Carol Ann Carlson, Christopher Carlson, Leah Grabarz, Holly Sievert and Michelle Young; his Great Grandchildren, Madalynn and Owen Grabarz , Kathryn and Ty Hanson. His siblings Helen, Dorothy, Mildred, Frank and Michael Grabarz. Robert is preceded in death by his loving wife Jaqueline of 59 years and his daughter Therese Lynn Seivert. Robert served in the United States Marine Corps overseas in Korea for a number of years. After returning, worked as a tool and die maker in the Milwaukee area. He was active as a VFW member of Post 2260. He enjoyed playing rounds of Euchre cards, along with cribbage. He also loved to fish and passed this on to his children and Grandchildren. A memorial service will be held for Robert at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (1165 E. Summit Ave, Oconomowoc) on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 4pm. A visitation for family and friends will start at 2pm. A private burial will be held at a later time at LaBelle Cemetery.
