Robert W. Forncrook

Robert 'Bob' W. Forncrook, age 71, of Delafield, WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, May 06, 2018. Bob is survived by his loving wife Patty of 43 years; his children Bridget (Bill) Basquin, Christopher (Karen) Forncrook and Patrick Forncrook; his grandchildren CJ, Mackenzie and Nathan Forncrook, Billy, Madison and Jackson Basquin; his mother Mary Forncrook; his sister Mary Ellen and his brother Thomas Forncrook and many more family and friends. Bob is preceded in death by his father Robert L. Forncrook. Services for Bob will take place at St. Jerome's Catholic Church (995 Silver Lake Street, Oconomowoc) on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 5 pm. A visitation for family and friends will take place from 3 pm until time of service at 5pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family are appreciated. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of ProHealth Care Home Hospice for the care shown to Bob.
