Bottoni, Roger passed away on March 18, 2020 at the age of 86. Devoted and beloved husband of Lois (Schoeckert) for 63 years. Preceded in death by his parents Archie and Alma (Emmer) Bottoni. Also preceded in death by his brothers Doug (Betty), Russ (Vivian), Archie (Gloria), and Wayne (Lucie). Survived by his wife, brother Don (Sue) and his four children: Terri (Randy) Koschnick, Cyndee (Mark) Lewis, Kim (Rick) Thomas and Craig (Krista) Bottoni. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many, many good friends and relatives. Roger was an avid sports spectator, participating in many sports, playing handball/racquet ball into his 80’s. He was also active in many communities/organizations in Elm Grove and Oconomowoc. He was a teacher and principal in the Elmbrook district for over 30 years and received his B.A. and M.S. from UWM. He was an army veteran from 1956-1958. A memorial service to celebrate Roger’s life will take place on June 27, 2020 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. The visitation will start at 12:30pm until the time of service at 2:00pm. Military honors will conclude the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for the charity of your choice.
