Ronda Laue (Nee Leale)

It’s with heavy hearts that we have to inform everyone of the passing of Ronda Laue on March 20th, 2023. It’s difficult to sum up someone so lively in just a few words, but Ronda played an invaluable role in many people’s lives. She was an incredibly loving sister, daughter, friend and aunt.

Ronda was born on February 20th, 1959 to Bob and Mary Lou Laue. She graduated from Waukesha South High School and grew up working in the family business at The Idle Hour as well as her dad’s seal coating company. She continued on to work for her brother’s landscaping company later in her life, retiring at the age of 63. Ronda was known for lighting up any room she walked into. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, doing crafts, reading and gardening. Anyone who knew Ronda understood that despite her medical battles, she had a permanent smile on her face.

She is survived by her father Bob Laue, her brother and sister, RC and Roxanne Laue, and her niece and nephews, Dylan (Becky), Hunter, Jacob, and Mikayla. Ronda is preceded in death by her two sisters Reane and Ronell and her mother, Mary Lou.

A visitation for Ronda will be held at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home (NEW LOCATION: 2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066)  from 1-2pm on April 1st, followed by a celebration of life at the Bark River Yacht Club (136 N Main St, Dousman, WI 53118) at 3pm.
