Ruth Mccarthy

Ruth C. McCarthy passed away on December 2, 2017 at the age of 98 years. Ruth was born March 14, 1919 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Carl and Ida Hoyer. She married Edward F. McCarthy on February 1st, 1947. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, sister Esther and husband Edward. She is survived by her son Michael, granddaughters Dawn LaCombe (Steve), Erin Landry, Shannon Strandberg (Kris) and great grand children Madyson, Camryn, Kaelyn, Ashton, Jase, Scarlet, Johanna, Travis, and Tyler. Ruth was also an outstanding bowler in both the Milwaukee and Oconomowoc areas and will be missed by many friends and relatives. No formal service is planned.
