Ruth Nienow

Ruth Nienow, age 85 of Summit, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012 surrounded by her family. Ruth is survived by her children Gail (Thomas) Rosenthal of Vonore, Tenn., John (Trish) Nienow of Green Bay, WI, Janice (Mike) Evans of Ixonia, WI, Rex (Heidi) Nienow of Westfield, WI, Peggy (Randy) Gagliano of Mayville, WI, Tammi (John) Olson of Palmyra, WI and Polly (Dana) Turner of Knoxvile, IA, grandchildren John Jr., Michelle, Rex Jr., Cory, David, Jacquelyn, Shawn and Autumn Ruth, great grandchildren Karlie, Riley, Ava, Caleb, Aiden, Jude and Lexi, along with other relatives and friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Waldemar Nienow 'Wally' and daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Curt Stefan. Private services were held for the family. Ruth loved spending time on the lake and fly-fishing. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family playing board games, cards or dining at their favorite restaurants. Ruth also liked rummage sales and crocheting. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her family, but she will live forever in their hearts.
