Sandra K. Falk

Sandra K. Falk, age 63, of Sullivan WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, June 26, 2017. Sandra is survived by her loving husband Dale of 43 years; her son Saxon (Brittney) Falk; her mother Edith Ley and her siblings Mark (Angie) Ley, Brian (Shawna) Ley and Lynn Ley and many more family and friends. Sandra is preceded in death by her father William Ley and her Uncle Walter Nelson. Services for Sandra will take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (1165 E Summit Ave, Oconomowoc) on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 3:30 pm. Family and friends may call upon the family starting at 2 pm. A private family burial will follow the following week. The family would like to thank Aurora Medical Center in Summit for the loving care they showed to Sandra and the family.
