Sarah Wierdsma

In Loving Memory of Sarah Wierdsma who was born November 6, 1981, and peacefully passed away at AngelsGrace on March 5, 2024, at the age of 42, after a four-year battle with cancer.

To know Sarah was to love her. She had a passion for life, unwavering beliefs, and untold kindness. Sarah had an adventurous spirit, and she explored the world, creating memories that spanned continents and cultures. She not only loved life’s creative expressions, but she also made it her work. She had a genuine appreciation for the beauty that surrounded her. You could always count on her to share thoughtful words about movies, books, music, food, or art. If you knew Sarah, she had the uncanny ability to transform your everyday conversation into a passionate debate, a quality we'll all miss dearly. Her heart was always at peace near the water, whether at the Lake or the ocean; she embraced the tranquility it brought.

In honoring her memory, let us celebrate the girl who made every moment count and left an indelible mark on our hearts. “Celebrate we will because life is short, but sweet for certain.” - Dave Matthews Band
