Shirley Kathleen Carter

Shirley Carter (nee Dewar) Age 80 of New Liskeard Ontario Canada, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. Shirley is survived by her loving children Richard (Heather) Carter of Duluth MN and Dana Webb. Her loving grandchildren Kurt, Travis, Grant and Kyle. Her sister Betty and brother Bill (Luella) Dewar along with many other relatives and friends. A celebration of Shirley's life will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 5:00 PM with a visitation for family and friends to start at 4:00 PM all to take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother and friend, who always put others first, and will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
