Shirley Mae Kingsbury

Shirley Mae Kingsbury, age 74, of Delafield, passed away at her home on Sunday, November 22, 2020. She was born February 23, 1946 in La Crosse, WI. She served honorably in the U.S. Navy. She was an accomplished musician who could play any instrument. In the last couple of years she was in the Honor Guard for the Delafield American Legion, Post # 196. Her other hobbies included crocheting, sewing, wood working and painting. She loved animals and rescuing them. Shirley is survived by her daughters, Kristine (David) Huebner and Diane (Brian) Kita; two grandchildren, Collin Kingsbury and Devon Huebner; and her sisters, Mary (Zeno) Sawicki and Connie (Jeff) Marschke; and nieces and nephews and other family and friends, including her good friend, Arnie, and her dog, Daisy. A Celebration of Shirley's life will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Shirley's name can be mailed to the Delafield American Legion, Post 196, 333 N. Lapham Rd., Delafield, WI 53018.
