Thomas D Borgwardt

Thomas D. Borgwardt, age 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Tom is survived by his loving wife Teri of 38 years; his step-children Karen Wick, Donald (Joan) Wick, David Wick, Kathe (Kirk Dexheimer) Lerario, Robert Wick and Linda (Tim) Johnson; his step grandchildren Jessica (Tim) Hartman, Erin (Jason) Potts, Donald E. (Jessica) Wick, Katya Wick, Christopher (Elizabeth) Lerario, Lily Doak, Anthony Johnson, Andrew (Paula) Johnson, Samuel Johnson and Benjamin Johnson; his great step-grandchildren Sullivan, Mira and Liesel Hartman, Oliver and Ramona Potts, Luca and Gino Lerario and Eloise Wick; his nieces Christine (David) Hardt, Janice Borgwardt and Beth (Tom) Leonard; his nephew Randall (Barbara) Borgwardt and many more loving family and friends. Tom is preceded in death by his brothers Frederick (Shirley) Borgwardt and William (Jean) Borgwardt. Tom was a Civil Engineer for Milwaukee County for over 35 years and retired as the Airport Engineer for General Mitchell Airport. He enjoyed his daily walks around Delafield, golfing and his life on Lake Nagawicka. Private family services were held at the Delafield Cemetery.
