Thomas Dennis Brennan

Thomas Dennis Brennan, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024, at the age of 71 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. He was born on October 30, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI, to Howard and Bernice Brennan.

Tom had a deep love for the outdoors, enjoying hunting and running track during his high school years. He was a devoted NASCAR fan, finding joy in the speed and excitement of the races. When he wasn't working or cheering on his favorite drivers. Tom could often be found in the kitchen, showcasing his culinary skills and grilling expertise for his family and friends.

A true Wisconsin sports enthusiast, Tom proudly supported all the state's sports teams. His love for his home state extended to the Wisconsin State Fair, where he reveled in the sights, sounds, and flavors of this beloved annual tradition.

Tom will forever be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Lynn; children Kevin (Katie) and Meagan; step-children Rudy Cerfus, Randy (Olivia) Cerfus and Rachel; grandchildren Sam (fiancé Annika), Jack, Aaleeah and Elijah; step-grandchildren Isaiah, Braeden, Noah, Lexus, Bella, Bennett and Brycen; his mother, Bernice; siblings Bob (Kari), Pat (Patti), Terry (Joan), Tim (Lisa), Colleen (Joe), Mike (Vicki), Maureen and Kathy (Brian); along with nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving family and friends.

Tom is preceded in death by his father Howard and son Paul.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and the dedicated caregivers at Community Care for their unwavering support and exceptional care during Thomas's time of need.

In honor of Tom’s life, a visitation will take place on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (NEW LOCATION: 2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 3:00pm-5:00pm with a service to follow. Tom will be buried on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery where military honors will be accorded.
