William "Bill" Jaeger

William “Bill” Jaeger, age 84 of Ashippun, passed away peacefully at AngelsGrace Hospice on Friday, May 31, 2019. Bill is survived by his loving sons Dan (Deb) Jaeger and Kris (Lisa) Jaeger along with his grandchildren Stephanie (Brian) Paulson, Nicole Jaenke (Dan Vinopal), William Jaeger (Alyssa McCumber), Jacob Mortensen and Jordan (Jeff) Thompson, great-grandchildren Sydney and Olivia Paulson, Deklyn Jaenke, Huxley and McKenzie Vinopal and Emelia Thompson. Bill is further survived by siblings Dennis (Barb) Jaeger, Dorothy (Steve) Salzman and Roger (Vicky) Jaeger, sister-in-laws Muriel Jaeger, Sandy Jaeger, Janet Frederick and Bonnie Frederick along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by the love of his life, Bernice, brothers Everett and David Jaeger and brother-in-law Ron Frederick Bill loved baseball, fishing, gardening and spending time with his family. Bill was a man of faith and started and ended every day with prayer, daily devotions and Bible readings. He always put others before himself and was always there to give a helping hand. He will be deeply missed by his family and everyone that knew him. The family would like to say special thank you to Ashippun First Responders and AngelsGrace Hospice. A funeral service for Bill will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 12:00 PM with a visitation for family and friends starting at 11:00 AM at Zion Lutheran Church (N557 Main St. Ashippun, WI 53003). There will be a time of fellowship and reflection to follow the service in the church fellowship hall. Memorials are suggested in Bill’s honor to Zion Lutheran Church, Ashippun First Responders, AngelsGrace Hospice or to donors choice.
