William "Bill" Westgard

William Lee Westgard, “Bill”, age 79 of Oconomowoc, passed away peacefully at Shorehaven Lutheran Home on Monday, May 18, 2015. Bill is survived by his loving wife Dorothy and children Susan (Timothy) Tinus, Karen (Mark) Frulla and Robert (Lori Jo) Westgard. Grandfather to T. Austin Tinus, Jason (Krysta) Tinus, Heather Tinus, Michael Frulla, David Frulla, Samantha and Zackery Westgard. Great-grandfather to Hugh Tinus, Edwin Tinus and Kaleb Tinus. Bill is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Willis and Elfreda Westgard and his brother Richard Westgard. Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting, sailing, skiing and motor sports. He will be dearly missed by his family and all those that knew him. A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at Dr. Martin Luther Church, 325 South Main Street in Oconomowoc on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 4:00 PM, officiated by Pastor Larry Harpster. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.
