William Lloyd Thomas

William Lloyd Thomas, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on October 28, 2024, at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 86. Bill was born in Milwaukee on April 29, 1938, he was the son of Raymond and Myrtle Thomas (nee Brown).

A proud veteran of the US Navy, Bill honorably served his country and continued to embody the values of loyalty, duty, and respect throughout his life.

Bill had a passion for traveling with friends, exploring new destinations, and indulging in his love for bourbon. But he was most known for his love of family, especially his adoration for his grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his wife of 67 years, Charmaine; children Sheryl Lynn (Mathias) Beres and Robert Keith Thomas; grandchildren Garret Thomas (Amy) Wescott and Caleb Mathias Beres; along with many other family and friends.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Robert Thomas.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at AngelsGrace Hospice and all the medical professionals who supported William during his journey. Their care and compassion will always be remembered.

To celebrate Bill, a visitation will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (NEW LOCATION: 2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 3:00pm-5:00pm with a service to follow. The ceremony will conclude with military honors to pay tribute to Bill's dedicated service.
