Wolfgang Rose

Wolfgang Rose, age 79, of Oconomowoc, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2018. Surviving him are his children Michael Rose and Annette Rose; grandchildren Zachary, Noah, Madeline, Ursula; and family and friends. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years, Renate Rose; and his brothers Hans, Martin, and Henning. Wolfgang was born in Langenweddingen, Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1956. Wolfgang was known by many in Oconomowoc as Pete the Barber. He was a charter member of the YMCA where he loved to play racquetball. Services for Wolfgang will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 E Summit Ave, Oconomowoc. A visitation for family and friends will take place from 6:00pm until time of service at 7:00pm.
