Yvonne "Bonnie" Lois Janke (Nee Kelley)

Bonnie Janke, 79 years of age, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Zilber Family Hospice. Bonnie was born October 31st, 1942 in Stoddard, WI. She was raised in La Crescent, MN and later moved to the Milwaukee Area. She is proceeded in death by her parents Raymond Kelley and Iva Kelley; her sisters Rosella Koonsman and Evelyn Duby. In 1974, Bonnie joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with her family and she has served the Lord through many callings in the church. She is a loving and caring member that knows the power of prayer and how it helps us all grow closer to our Heavenly Father. Bonnie is survived by her loving husband Fred A Janke Jr; two sisters Sharon Greuel and Anita (Mervin) Simmons; three children Frances (Mark) Hunsaker, Angela (Timothy) Ferguson, and Jon Minnick; three step-children Cindy Ellis, Mike Janke, and Michelle (Bruce) Coleman; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many extended loving relatives and close friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation Friday, May 6th, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Ward building, 115 N Wales Road, Wales, WI 53183 from 11AM to 12PM. Funeral Service will start at 12PM. Internment will follow at Concord United Methodist Church W1096 Concord Center Dr, Sullivan WI 53178 In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
