Zoa G. Haimerl, age 89, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020 surrounded by her family at her home in Oconomowoc. She was born on February 7, 1931 to Forrest and Winnifred Nobles of Milwaukee. Zoa is survived by her children, Karen, Greg, Barbara, Jimmy, Susan (Thomas), Gary (Cherie), Patti (Dennis) and Janet (Craig); her 24 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; her sisters, Roberta, Mary (Ed) and Bonnie (Jay); and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter; her parents; two grandchildren; and one sister. Zoa always did her best, and said “a job worth doing, is worth doing well”. She was a caring, kind, gentle and loving woman. Zoa was always giving to her children and grandchildren. She worked as a friendly Sentry employee for many years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 7, 2020 at St. Jerome’s Catholic Church, 995 S. Silver Lake Street in Oconomowoc. A visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service at church. Burial will be held at Summit Cemetery.
